Alcoholic Slushie Machine Recipes

Alcoholic slushies are a massive hit at parties, weddings, and corporate events. The key is getting the alcohol ratio right. Too much alcohol stops the mix from freezing. Keep alcohol content below 10% of total volume in the machine.

Important: Do not add spirits directly to the machine in large quantities. Alcohol lowers the freezing point and the machine will not produce slush. Instead, add a small measure of spirit to each cup when serving, with plain slush mix as the base. Alternatively, use pre-mixed alcoholic slush syrups designed for machine use.
