Tips for Getting the Best Results from Your Slush Machine
After 25 years supplying commercial slush machines across Australia, here is what we know works.
- Always pre-mix your syrup correctly. Over-concentrated or under-diluted mix will not freeze properly.
- Give the machine time to reach temperature. Most commercial ICETRO machines need 30 to 45 minutes from a cold start.
- Do not open the machine bowl mid-cycle. Every time you open it, warm air gets in and slows the process.
- Clean your machine after every batch. Our ICETRO range is designed for fast, easy cleaning.
- In warmer weather, allow extra time. Heat affects freezing speed, especially in summer.
- Store unused syrup in a cool, dry place. Most syrups have a long shelf life unopened.
